LCI, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and Technology Services is seeking a Manager, Business Development to join our team.

DESCRIPTION: Identify and cultivate industry relationships with potential customers and partners with the objective of generating new business for LCI Tech. Provide comprehensive industry research to complete a market needs analysis, determine market potential, and understand the competitive landscape. Create financial and employment feasibility analysis, market penetration plans, and pricing strategies, for the line of business. Support the developed proposed financial performance models outlining capital investment required, return on investment, and potential employment outcome.Oversee customer on boarding initiatives with the intent of driving increased employment and profitable revenue for LCI Tech. Provide oversight of cross-functionally development of support programs required by the business. These programs could be employee based such as training or infrastructure based such as technology infrastructure supporting the business line. Create, coordinate and manage proposals, including pricing, responses, and presentation to clients. Leverage digital content, such as newsletters, blogs, ads, and social media for business development and increased analytics. Develop and manage the LCI Tech pipeline of sales, to achieve the strategic goals of the business. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to potential clients and partners. Solutions oriented and entrepreneurial focused with the ability to develop sales plans independently with limited direction.Minimum 3-years of sales, marketing, or business development or equivalent experience managing complex projects that required independent thought and cradle to grave execution. Understanding how to input and maintain information in a Client Resource management system (CRM).  An undergraduate degree in business or marketing from an accredited university or college (MBA or master’s degree preferred). Good team building skills with the ability to place the team’s accomplishments ahead of individual accomplishments. Ability to navigate client procurement processes, to successfully close new business. Knowledge of digital accessibility solutions is preferred.
