LCI, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and E-Commerce Company, is seeking a Product Manager (Kitting), Business Development to join our team.

DESCRIPTION:  This position will be responsible for leading the Kitting Product team by managing multiple internal functions required to develop new kitting products/customers and provide a better customer experience to our customers. Such management may require proposal development, customer engagement, data input and analysis, vendor/customer management, customer liaison duties, report generation and analysis, and marketing plan coordination. Responsible for developing new kitting products and opportunities with customers, to include requirement design and proposal development. Responsible for generating and analyzing sales reports by customer or by item number to monitor market variations and recommend courses of action. Maintains and coordinates quarterly reviews with key customers to ensure performance metrics are achieved and pipelines remain strong. Manages the customer profile and coordinate customer group maintenance with accounting and sales. Leads business development Kitting activities and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle from qualified opportunity through delivery. Provides support to the Kitting Sales Lead for marketing activities. To include, development of key messaging, product catalogs, product sell sheets, sales POP development and marketing plan ideation. Coordinates Business Development efforts and tasks for kitting projects using the project management tracking system. Assists Kitting Project Lead with onboarding of new kitting requirements into operations. Provides a feedback loop to customer from operations to clarify requirement details and communicate/negotiate changes required after contract award.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with 3 to 5 years work experience in business analysis, product management, operations, customer service, and/or inside sales. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Must have strong Excel skills
