LCI, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and E-Commerce company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

DESCRIPTION:  Perform daily customer service functions for the Sales department. Processing incoming orders for the department and respond to customer requests and/or complaints. Maintaining customer database ensuring information is current. Track and issue credits for customer returns. Promote website to potential customers calling in. Research web for descriptions and photos or products we sell. Assist the team with projects. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be experienced and skilled in computer systems to include e-mail, spreadsheets, and website navigation. High School graduate with additional training in computer science or one year equivalent work experience. Have interpersonal skills in dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, company divisions, co-workers and management. Familiar with organizing an Outlook inbox.  Experience creating and organizing excel spreadsheets. Two years of experience in a related field, preferably within a retail, customer service, or office environment.
