LC Industries, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and E-Commerce Company, is seeking a Lead, Sales- Medical Kitting  to join our team.

DESCRIPTION:  The Sales Lead for medical kitting business line and associated business development efforts will seek to grow company sales. This position is responsible for the development and execution of a sales strategy campaign consistent with LCI’s goals.  This role may include market analysis, lead generation, building customer relationships, internal/external sales development, sales report generation and analysis, and marketing plan execution. This position will also be responsible for representing LCI at trade shows and following up on potential leads. The Sales Lead will also collaborate with Business Development to assist with new product development, promotion and implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:  3-5 years sales experience in the medical product/healthcare industry, preferably in government sales. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Knowledge of principles, concepts, methods and techniques of client management.  Understanding of government procurement process and direct military sales a plus.

Frequent overnight travel required.
