LC Industries, a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, retail and E-Commerce Company, is seeking a Retail Operations Analyst to join our team.

DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for analyzing data to improve the Base Supply Center ("BSC") operations.  Will work with the Vice President of Retail Operations, Director of Retail Sales and District Managers to implement changes that render better BSC financial and performance results. Act in place of Vice President of Retail Operations during absences. Assist Director of Retail Sales and District Managers as needed. Work with the District Managers to prepare the annual BSC budget. Work with BSC Managers to prepare annual personnel staffing budget for approval for each store. Review monthly P&Ls and submit P&L questions to Accounting. Identify potential problem areas to Vice President of Retail Operations, Director of Retail Sales and District Managers. Schedule and process annual inventories including generating all necessary documentation. Provide results to Vice President of Retail Operations, District Managers and store managers. Identify potential problem areas based on the results. In conjunction with the District Managers and BSC Managers, review prepared Analysis Reports to determine inventory items that need to be phased out due to low demand or obsolesces. Work with accounting to ensure that all questions are responded to promptly and overdue accounts receivables are actively worked to attain collections. Work with Vice President of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Sales to improve BSC Standard Operating Procedures. Assist District Managers and BSC Managers in current and future training requirements at both retail locations and at the corporate level. Establish new store assortments. Work with District Managers and BSC Managers on all CEP submissions. Review and forward all expenses, reimbursements, MROs and other administrative documents to Vice President of Retail Sales for approval. Monitor all inventory reports (negative, on hand adjustments, open SO, open PO, margin analysis, etc.) to ensure all procedures are being performed properly. Assist the Vice President of Retail Sales, Director of Retail Sales and District Managers with EOS implementation and operation. Provide input to District Managers on store managers' performance for their annual reviews. Oversee Navy Hazmat Prime and Hub operations. Hub Manager/Trainer and Hub Inventory Manager report to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:  College graduate, with ten years relevant training. Ten years retail experience, preferably in a military environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.  Attention to detail.  Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis, and merchandising and inventory management expertise.

Periodic travel required.
